Program Development
Coordinated Care LA helps organizations design and strengthen innovative programs that bring mental health services directly into the community. Our team provides expert guidance in developing street psychiatry programs that deliver compassionate, trauma-informed psychiatric care to individuals experiencing homelessness or living in unsheltered settings. We also support the creation and expansion of field-based mental health services, helping agencies build flexible, effective teams capable of meeting clients where they are—whether on the streets, in shelters, or in transitional housing. In addition, we assist organizations in establishing multidisciplinary treatment team models that integrate clinical, case management, and outreach staff to promote continuity of care and improve client outcomes.
